About Gohar La Maison

My name is Bahareh Nikonazar, born in 1979, and my journey in the world of fashion began in childhood. My passion for designing and creating garments has been with me for as long as I remember — a love that took root at an early age and grew with the support of my beloved mother.

At the age of ten, I stepped into the delicate world of sewing for the first time. Under the guidance of a master tailor — who had once been my mother’s teacher during her youth — I learned my earliest stitches and experienced the magic of transforming fabric into beauty.

By seventeen, I had mastered design and dressmaking, and at nineteen, I proudly opened my first personal atelier — a beginning to a path that I continue to walk with the same passion today.

“Gohar La Maison” is named after my dear mother, the pillar of my life and the source of endless inspiration. For me, this name is more than a brand — it is a symbol of love, elegance, and feminine strength.

Today, Gohar La Maison specializes in designing and creating custom evening gowns and bridal dresses, while also offering a curated collection of party and evening outfits online — with the mission of reflecting elegance, grace, and refined femininity in every stitch and every design.
